Which states will be most expensive for home decor items?

FOX NEWS — Home decor items can get pricey in the States.

It depends on the location.

But for the home decor market, the most expensive areas are in the Northeast, where most of the homes in the U.S. are located.

Here’s a look at the priciest and least expensive states for home decoration items: New Hampshire: $13,500 Pennsylvania: $11,500 Maryland: $9,000 Virginia: $8,000 Minnesota: $7,000 New Jersey: $6,000 Iowa: $5,500 Massachusetts: $4,500 Washington, D.C.: $3,000 The most expensive states are in New England.

But many of the areas with the most high end home decor are in Pennsylvania, with prices up there well above $13K per square foot.

For example, in the Philadelphia area, a home with a 5,000 square foot kitchen, an indoor waterfall, a wine cellar and an indoor garden would be listed for $7.4M per square feet.

That’s up about $7K per sq. ft. from last year.

The Northeast also has the most luxury home decor listings, with many listings in Manhattan and Manhattan Beach.

Prices here can be as high as $100,000 per sq ft. in some places.

And many are located in the Boston area, where a house with a large backyard, a private swimming pool and an outdoor pool would cost $10M per sqft.
